This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. Overall, my experience with buying a home through Veterans United was great! As a first time home buyer I felt at ease through the processes and steps and I even got a great APR to start!My one and only gripe would be that during some of the home buying processes, I had to reach out a few times while we were waiting on certain paperwork to go through and I wish I could of had an update without asking for it. Communication to the fullest would remedy that! Otherwise, great experience overall!
