Best decision ever made. I was scrolling FB and Veterans United popped up and I was passing time anyway however I thought I may consider relocating in the near future. So I was checking the site out and answered a few questions and that became the best experience of purchasing a house you cannot imagine. At the time I was curious how much I qualified for in case I decided to make the move, so about six months went by and I had a contact in an email Veterans United had sent when I had inquired when I was curious. I had kinda been looking at property and houses so I contacted Veterans United and they assigned a team to help walk me through the purchasing process and insured me if I need anything give them a call. When I called if they did not answer, within 15 minutes they would have called me back. The greatest part was the team they assigned to you is who dealt with you all the way through the process, so same contacts same person (not a different person) every call. The purchase, financing, insurance even the movers they had access to. I was so smooth and so effortless the felt more like friends than someone you was doing business with. Very personal and responsive in every way. I highly recommend and have shared my experince with numerous friends and family. They support everyone not only Veterans.

As the first time homebuyer and potentially only home buyer, there are little things questions, you don't know. You have that would be difficult on your own, i would recommend working with this group again

Is was a little difficult at times getting through to talk to somebody. But I know everybody was pretty busy with other projects too. Who is a little confusing for us being first time homebuyers like that but we got through it and they helped a lot on everything I do appreciate them and would recommend them to anybody.
