Craig and his team were exceptional getting us the exact parameters we desired for our home loan, even going as far as adjusting terms the final week prior to closing. His team understood our situation, attempting to sell in one location and purchase in the next as part of a military transfer, and were able to expeditiously respond to our many concerns along the way in a helpful and confidence-inspiring manner.
Excellent service, excellent deal. Appreciate everyone’s support accommodating a tight schedule. Instructions were clear and concise.
The entire process was easy with Veterans United. They give you an easy to use portal and tell you exactly what you need to upload. Compared to NFCU and USAA this made it super easy. The team here in Fayetteville were outstanding and I couldn't be happier with this process.
Ali and her team are amazing, we would highly recommend them. Since we used a custom home builder, the entire process took a year and the Veterans United team walked us through every step of the way. We were living in Ohio and building in Virginia, so there were some unique challenges that Ali and her team helped us deal with. The team made this the smoothest home buying experience that we ever had, even utilizing a custom builder and a VA loan. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy lender.
Mike Wilson, Patrick Newell, and Caitlin Germany were all outstanding. Everyone was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. The only hiccup I had was not closing on the original date due to third party appraisal and confusion in wording. That part was a little frustrating but Mike did his best to reassure me that everything would be ok. The only reason this is not a 10 is because of that.
Veterans United was incredible from start to finish - very proactive, excellent communication and they simply made the process so easy. Billy Chard and his team were amazing! They made the whole experience so smooth and efficient - it was a real pleasure to work with them.
You know how you get into a big process - say, a mortgage - and you walk into their office unannounced and the first guy is like, "oh ya lemme just call all these people and get everything set up for you" and he had really bitchin' LOTR wall decor and everybody answered and not one person screwed up the conferences and transfers and all the documents and emails were done right away and correctly and you're like, "this is too easy," and you're immediately suspicious? Then you get into the nitty gritty of it and every time you call or message them they immediately jump through hoops to make it happen, and are just a little *too* friendly for people you know are going to drop the bomb on you at any second? And then you're a week out from closing, and everything has been like, *too* smooth, and they're like, hey we're gonna just throw in a free grand or so because we can, and you start hyperventilating because this is where it all goes catastrophically wrong and they're always like "oh yeah your loan officer just kinda left without telling anybody to join the coast guard auxiliary" (this literally happened with the previous mortgage with NFCU, 5 days before closing)? And then three days before closing they call and say hey congratulations you're clear to close! And you go full suspiciousfry.jpg and stare at the phone waiting for them to call and say "haha jk you're f'd!"?And then it's a week after closing and they're like, hey can you do this survey for us? And tautology aside you're STILL waiting for the other shoe to drop? And then it hits you... The other shoe will forever remain .. airborne? And it really was... Too Easy?So yeah that's what happened. The mortgage was for a house in another state with a VA loan contingent on the sale of our house here and this didn't phase them one bit. Bryant Gumbel... er, Chambly was my loan dude and he was an absolute dream to work with - super communicative, fixing problems before they happened, leveraging his team, the whole works. My only complaint is that instead of hold music, they have Rob Riggle scare the crap out of you. Not cool, Rob. Not cool.
Awesome service. Very professional. Made the home buying process clear and easy.
Veterans United exceeded our expectations. They did fantastic.
Loan officer was great. On occasion, it was difficult to know which of the other 4 individuals I needed to contact.
Mathew Brilhart and his assistant were awesome. The rest of the organization was the worse I have ever dealt with in my my 30 years of buying homes. Unbelievable horrible to the last minute.
Jon, Jason, Kyle and the entire team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the process so straight forward and helped me throughout the journey from getting pre-approved for my home loan to supporting me to the closing day finish line!I got a very competitive interest rate that really helped me stay on budget, I cannot recommend Veterans United enough!
Amazing help, answered all questions
Jake and the entire team performed flawlessly. I was kept informed, and I always felt like Jake and his team were looking out for me.
Trent, Tim, and Rachel are a amazing team to work with.
The veterans united team was amazing and have already recommended them to multiple people.

Experience first-hand why 379,956 homeowners give us a perfect score!
3 or 4 questions and proofs at a time....time and time again. Frustrating, aggravating.
The team was great; they made this process seamless.
Very helpful team!
Honestly I've known homelessness in my life, as a teen before the Navy and again after the Navy at a time I felt the VA had thrown me under the bus. Allot has changed in my life, I've consciously and often privately worked on myself, sowed allot of seed in the hope of a better tomorrow for many years. Then after about 17 years living in a trailer park I decided I'd had enough of the locals affecting my state of well being. Tired of watching them in my cameras getting way to close to my cars and property, constantly disputing my Sanctuary. And so I told my wife, let's buckle down and find a way to buy a house. At that point we were starting from scratch. So when I discovered Joseph Sepulveda of Veterans United I was full of hope. The level of Support is truly what made this happen.I believe Joseph was the pillar of strength I needed, and the reason I am a home owner today. Yes, I sowed the seeds and by the providence of God, Joseph was able to help make it happen on his end.My message to any Veteran who's thinking they have outgrown your current life, I encourage you to believe in yourself and in Veterans United to handle the rest.Because you can do this.
- Take a chance on yourself & the new life you deserve that's just around the corner.
- Peace
They are outstanding. Had some hiccups Julie C. and Kat W. We're impeccable. Fought it to completion. Absolute pleasure to work with
