Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. Casey, Noah, and the team were outstanding! Noah did an amazing job getting me to approval, and Casey drove the deal to close. While the rigor of the VA loan process exceeded every other home mortgage I've ever had, they were a pleasure to work with and made every effort to keep us on track in spite of many surprise requests from the underwriters. I would absolutely work with VU again, and I will be recommending that my fellows vets do as well. A grateful thank you to Casey, Noah, Steph, and Rynda!
The communication has been outstanding since day one. If I ever had questions or concerns they were addressed very quickly, which made the whole process of buying a home a lot less stressful.
