Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! Really liked how dumbed down easy the process is. Seemed effortless.Did not like finding out I could save 5k in closing costs and 20k over the corse of 30 yrs with a better interest rate from a different loan company.

Our experience lacked origination and repetition. Instead of one contact I think we had 3. It should've been much less difficult overall. They had all our information necessary to complete our loan. We both have excellent credit scores with no other loans except our existing home loan! We haven't paid a penny of interest on our 1 credit card in 20 years! It was my pick as a combat veteran from Vietnam to pick VU as our option. Sad but in the future I/We will look elsewhere.

Can’t thank my home buying team enough for all the work they put in to make this an easy process. Moving from Germany to Hawaii was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but buying a new home while traveling was honestly the easiest part.
