Staff was friendly, and answered my questions. They failed to pay attention to details (asking for clarification when the provided email chain held the answers) and asked for documents, that had been sent. Additional costs were added at closing. They failed to act in a timely matter and our closing got pushed back over a week. That added around $1000 in additional cost between moving trucks and securing my interest rate, not to mention the added stress of extended stays with family. The added fees and
