Life got hectic on my end during the loan process, and there were stretches where I wasn’t the most responsive — but Kevin and his team were patient and never made me feel rushed or judged for it. Whenever I did reach out, no matter how big or small the question, Kevin was quick to respond and took the time to actually explain things, which eased a lot of the anxiety I had going into a VA loan for the first time. I was referred to him and it’s easy to see why — he’s the kind of loan officer you want in your corner. Highly recommend.

Taylor was unbelievably supportive and there to answer any questions I had at anytime. He was also great at reminding me what I need to do through the process without being overbearing. veterans united made it so easy to get insurance and get connected with the utility providers. They also paid for my appraisal and had options to connect me with everyone I would need throughout the whole home buying process.

If I could I would shake the hands of the awesome team I had helping me with the home buying process, they made it easy and were super informative and helpful even if I had a million questions, they were there to help regardless of the situation, they made everything stress free and worry free, they were there from the start to the finish line and even then they continue to check in, they went as far as getting us a gift and were so very thankful, Corey, Dawn, Ellie, they went above and beyond, I’m sure I’m missing many more but my thankfulness goes out to the best team I’ve had the opportunity to work with, may god bless each and everyone of you and thank you for doing what you guys do, I hope you guys get another person to help because this is by far the best team to work with, and if management is reading, or some big wig in charge, give these people a raise cause they deserve it!

We were afraid to get a veterans home loan because of everything we heard. We are very happy we decided to find out for ourselves. They do make the process as painless as possible, there are not as many restrictions as we thought, they just want to make sure your home is safe for you and your family. We feel extremely lucky to have found them, with their help our 13 year dream is finally coming true. Veterans United went above and beyond for us in securing our 1st Home. We are so happy to move from Maine to this beautiful house in Southern Virginia. Veterans United made our dream a reality.
Overall, the process was very smooth. I felt well guided through all the processes as I was a first time homebuyer. Everything was explained in an understandable way, and I felt well taken care of.
I love that they provided so many resources to include the realtor, if you don’t have one, home inspector, movers, even help setting up your utilities in advance. As a previous homeowner, I had most of it covered but it was nice to know they have the resources to help you if needed. They also have a concierge to check in with you to see how things are going and if you have any questions. This is my 4th home and I can say it was the easiest and stress free experience I’ve had. They got me approved right for more than I needed even though my credit took a big hit in recent years. I wasn’t even sure I’d qualify. They really did everything to make this happen and make it easier for me. I have had VA home loans before and it was nothing like this. Thank you all for being so awesome.
