Stephen and his team provided an outstanding home buying experience. This whole process can be overwhelming at times, but they were gracious and helpful every step of the way. The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.
I am a senior citizen and am not tech savvy. I would have appreciated a phone call or text when my loan was approved. I waited over 5 weeks to find out my loan was approved in 5 days. This is truly unacceptable.

My loan team was absolutely great!! They even sent me housewarming gifts with my name on them.
David was extremely helpful and always available for any question we had through our entire home buying process. He jumped through every hoop throw at us to ensure we closed on time and were comfortable and happy with all aspects of our loan.
A couple of speed bumbs as everything neared the Closing, but the overall experience was like dealing with old friends!
I think it would be good to inform customer of upfront cost to get lower interest rate
