He not only successfully convinced the seller to shift from only accepting a conventional loan to allowing us to go VA, but he was really responsive and personally stayed on our loan closing all the way until the end, something that was helpful because the title agency dropped the ball on the day of closing. Dorian is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work after hours. Can’t recommend more highly.
Couldn't have asked for a better loan consultant or better one to work with he made sure it all went smoothly even when the crap hit the fan at the end with our buyers loan, he got us through and kept us updated every step of the way...
