Aaron & his team (Danielle, Theresa, etc) are EXTRAORDINARY!!!! The way they "held my hand" through the process of purchasing my first home is undeniable. Underwriting is a very scary part of this process; however, Aaron would reach out with words of encouragement & let me know everything is working out. I was a little nervous with working with a company outside of my home state, however Aaron never missed a beat. He was always accessible via email, phone and/or text. I will definitely recommend Veterans United & Aaron to anyone who is looking to purchase/refinance. They will definitely not regret it.
Would highly recommend hands down. My loan officer was Brent Schultz, loan officer made my home buying experience very easy, and appreciate all the help veterans United had given me and my family. With my experience so far the staff has been nothing but outstandingly helpful and professional from the beginning and with the mobile app has made the process extremely pleasant to use and can't come up with anything to thank them enough for finding the home my family to love.

The VA process is very intense. Most business days, 2 to as many as 5, response requests were received in my email. And when you believe you are in perfect shape, and received an all-clear, you receive a to-do requesting your previous months bank statement showing ALL SOURCES OF YOUR FUNDS FROM CLOSING. Would have been a keen idea to tell me to move brokerage $$$ in advance instead of jumping through panic hoops!
