The closing costs balooning from 15k to start to 20k, then to over 30k is absolute robbery. Worse, despite a small fortune in closing costs, my ex wife was over paid, despite explicit instruction to VU. Also, the miscommunication with the title company although not directly Nathan's Fault caused an undue amount of stress because no one thought it was "their job" to adequately communicate. All of this BS took months longer than advertised and scarcely at a competitive rate, 5.9 is a joke at the end of the day I used your company on great recommendations that turned out to be misleading at the end. I would have chose a different company had I had the chance to do it over again.
