The process was super simple and all of the employees were really awesome.
As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.
Our team at Veterans United made the whole home buying process a breeze from start to finish. They were always quick to follow up if a form or more info was needed, and it was great to actually be able to talk to a real person when you gave them a call. I would rate them 10+ out of 10, a quickly recommend them to any vet looking to start the home buying process!!

Very helpful throughout the process. Approaching/on closing date, seemed to be waiting on certain documents that should've been taken care of in a timelier manner. Overall, very helpful and made the process easy. I will definitely use Veterans United again.
