They stuck with me for 3years, yes it took me 3 yrs to find the right home and they stuck by my side, they were the real deal. When it came to the processing of all the paperwork they were also very thorough on how it all worked and ultimately got me into my little dream home. I’m thankful for Veterans United. The closing costs balooning from 15k to start to 20k, then to over 30k is absolute robbery. Worse, despite a small fortune in closing costs, my ex wife was over paid, despite explicit instruction to VU. Also, the miscommunication with the title company although not directly Nathan's Fault caused an undue amount of stress because no one thought it was "their job" to adequately communicate. All of this BS took months longer than advertised and scarcely at a competitive rate, 5.9 is a joke at the end of the day I used your company on great recommendations that turned out to be misleading at the end. I would have chose a different company had I had the chance to do it over again.

We had a house fire that totalled the hous and killed our 2 service dogs and 2 cats. I don't understand why you wouldn't tell us that there's the possibility of a forbearance until the houue is rebuilt to help with all of the expenses without me finding out 2 months later!?!?!?!?!?!
