I always heard that buying a home could be a long, hard, and scary process. Working with my team at Veterans United, made my first home purchase so much easier than I could have ever imagined. They gave me all the information, and tools I needed to understand the process. They referred me to a realtor in the area in which I was looking, who is very knowledgeable in VA Lending and finding the perfect home for me! From beginning to end they were all courteous and professional, answering my many questions every time I called. I can't think this team enough, Jason Chronr, his assistant LeighAnn, and my realtor Tracie Raffulo. And I thank them all for everything they do for veterans and their families.

Just was not happy with Halie. I don't feel like she took a real interest in making sure everything we sent was what she needed, and it seemed once she received what we sent it would show up as completed so we took it as everything was completed in the app, next thing we get, something wasn't there, or not the right things she needed and there was not personal connection, just back and forth through email. Everytime I called I would get a recording to reach out by email and someone would contact me before the end of the day and them we would just get another email.

The process was very easy. I was kept well informed and every question I had was promptly answered.
Asli was great! She had solutions too problems with our seller that definitely helped get over hurdles that would have delayed our closing. We closed on time and in the end it was because Asli went above and beyond to stay on top of the loose ends and get problems resolved.
