Everything on the vu side was easy and straightforward. My case was delayed significantly because of issues with the seller and it was a short sale. Vu held on and helped as much as they could.

Now that the dust has settled, we've closed and are slowly moving into our new home. I wanted to take a moment to tell you my thoughts on the support I received from VU throughout the process.I am a retired Marine, and in my lifetime I have written fewer than half a dozen reviews of any kind. I felt compelled to write this one because of the exceptional support I received from Charlie Holsten.I am the first to admit I wasn't an easy customer. Our home search stretched over roughly five months. We pursued multiple properties, had offers fall through for various reasons, and faced more frustration than I’ve experienced in any previous home search.Through it all, Charlie was outstanding. He prepared every loan estimate promptly - likely 15 or more over those five months - and clearly explained each one. No matter when I emailed him, day or night, he responded quickly.Even when my emails were less than ideal, unprofessional, and/or borderline disrespectful, he replied with consistent courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
