He is definitely there to help any of the needs answers phone calls when he can and if busy will ALWAYS call back, He did my last loan and when I needed to refinance Wes was my instant first choice. Unfortunately I also had an assistant to Wes that was very difficult to contact Never returned calls and was very unresponsive in comparison to Wes. I was like night and Day between the two,
