I worked with Joel, and when I say he is an exceptional person to work with, that is an understatement. Him and his team have given me the best home buying experience I could have asked for. They stuck with me for 3years, yes it took me 3 yrs to find the right home and they stuck by my side, they were the real deal. When it came to the processing of all the paperwork they were also very thorough on how it all worked and ultimately got me into my little dream home. I’m thankful for Veterans United. To be quite honest, I was totally blown away by the team that worked my project. I had a bad experience with the original real estate agent, and that was quickly resolved, without question. From the moment I was assigned to Samantha all the negative feelings evaporated. She was absolutely brilliant in what she did. She guided me through the process without complaint, giving me enough information to soothe the savage beast within me, and she answered my questions with professional competence, fully and without exasperation, even when my own questioning got a bit sideways. At not time, at all, did I ever wonder about the team. Not one moment, which for me, is unusual. I give them and the entire VU organisation my highest marks!
