We loved our team. Everyone was very easy to get in contact with. It was a pleasure working with them. Stephanie organized everything flawlessly and Shawn helped us keep a lower interest rate when the sale of our previous home encountered a few glitches . I would highly recommend our team and will specifically ask for them in the future if the need ever arises.

Outstanding service, I honestly don't know what could have been done better.Communication was crystal clear, I was able to ask multiple questions when unsure and received quick clear responses.I think a really really big part that pushed me from rating an 8 or 9 out of 10 to 10/10 is really the last little gift box I found on my new homes doorstep. It had a personal note that contained the little details most people don't care to write down or note or listen to because its only ever really important to me, but they listened, and the personal note really just sealed the deal. The gift box also included personalized items that couldn't have fit anyone better than me and my family.I genuinely couldn't say or think of anything anyone could improve or have better.Another really important thing during the hole process was really just the support and clear communication. dealing with my disability, alot of moving parts, talking to many people over and over can be really difficult and stressful for me even when for most it would just be any other day, but none of it was pointless. Every step of the process felt meaningful, reasonable, and I really felt I could trust my team because of it.I hope they and everyone on the team are able to enjoy great lives full of prosperity, and I mean EVERYONE on the team.

I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I can't really say if I would or wouldn't recommend to others. If you know what you're doing in the home buying process it's probably much more helpful and fine enough. As a first time buyer I largely felt unsure and then ridiculed any time I asked questions or had worries. It was very turbulent and uneasy on my end.
