We were extremely happy with the entire process. John, Megan, and William kept us up to date on needed items, explained the process, and were quick to answer our questions. Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.

This was one of the easiest home loans that I have ever did. The team that we had was outstanding. Would recommend them to everyone.
Very responsive and knowledgeable. When I had questions I was usually able to get an answer within a day or so. They are extremely busy but made time to get back to me within a reasonable time frame. They were nice to talk to and bery helpful.
Amazing communication and their phone app makes it extremely easy to upload documents and stay on top of tasks.

They went beyond the Call of Duty. They had everything in order as you go. The more progress you make the checklist is checked. The paperwork is marked done exactly how it's supposed to be done. So when you meet in person in physically sign in closing, everything is done and you've already gone through the paperwork inside. So you know what? It is always educate yourself with the little videos. They show if you're a first time home buyer. They were all, I had the best team in the world.And they mean the world to me!

PUT IT OFF WAY TOO LONG FOR SOMETHING Veterans United made so easy...OH MY GOODNESS,, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I went into this scared and confused. Pretty certain I was shooting for Jupiter. YOU ALL MADE IT SO EASY. I was dealing with other issues in my life at same time, but the part with this loan was simple enough to let me keep going. I lost my mother 10 days before closing but this process kept my mind occupied. NOW I am relaxing in a home to totally love.
I think it would be good to inform customer of upfront cost to get lower interest rate
