The modern day FHA process is a nightmare. I had short notice and very little to work with. But VU was able to get me moving immediately, 24/7 assistance and communication with my loan officer and coordinator. As stressed as I was throughout the misfortunes I was dealing with, I was still in my new home within 2 months from first contact. Especially thanks to my Realtor Trey, and Loan Officer Eric!

This was the easiest, low stress buying experience I’ve ever had or heard of anyone else having. We worked with Debbie Beasock and she and her team made financing super easy. She was available to answer many questions throughout the whole process. She was kind and knowledgeable, never making us feel as if we were a problem. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience.
I changed locations during the process, opposite coast of the country, and the handover process and restart was seamless.
Some members of the team are amazing, however one member was horrible. Not realizing the appraisal had been canceled 3 times is pretty sad. Then also blaming everyone else for her lack of attention and clear communication was a no go.

3) as a Texas resident I also was able to use the Texas Veterans Land Board home loan in conjunction with the VA, and
