While I have been very pleased with the level of service provided, I have observed that current market rates for comparable profiles appear more competitive elsewhere. The communication between the initial loan startup and the closing was an easy going experience. If you submit documentation in a timely manner, the process should go smoothly.
I did not care for one of the so called team members. Never available via text or phone. Very vague in responses when I asked questions about information she had sent, very confusing information.
Loan officer was good, however there were just too many "to do" items sent after midnight and 2am that I would not see until the next day.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration caused by unclear communication and not being able to reach one of the team members when you needed answers. I also understand how confusing it can be to receive multiple to-do items late at night or early in the morning and not see them until the next day.

The process the company has adopted has been streamlined beautifully. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and it's very easy to find any information that may be needed.

Veterans United was a seamless fit from the beginning. As a first-time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and after living overseas, I had a lot to work out before my home purchase was finally possible. They were with me the entire way and walked me through every step.
This was my first home buying experience due to PCSing during my career and not wanting to buy where perviously stationed.
